Talk & workshop


For seven editions now, laughter therapy workshops are part of the programming of the Festival Còmic; every year in a different venue giving out smiles and tips for a happier life: Institut Muntaner, Parc-Bosc, Rambla, Castell de Sant Ferran, Rally Sud, Horta de l’Hospital, Poblenou, Marca de l’Ham. This year 2019, Hospital of Figueres.


What better way to health than the way of a smile! To highlight the important work carried out by Grup Iris (association of Ampurdan women affected by breast cancer), to help normalise this process that so many people go through... laughter therapy in one of the most adequate areas. Talk and optional practice session. It is always a good time to smile again.


  • Grup Iris is a support and advice group for women affected by breast cancer. Its scope is the Alt Empordà region. Its objective goes beyond the medical aspects of the disease, it is a welcoming space that offers tools to face this important vital challenge. Visit Grup Iris website for more information.

You can participate in the activities both separately and jointly: talk and laughter therapy workshop all together, or just talk, or just workshop.

 

To participate in the workshop it is advisable to bring comfortable clothes and water. Activity suitable for people of all physical conditions.
