Stand-up comedy, one man, one microphone, is an original American invention. Just like Coca Cola it has been a huge success around the world. Many people will understand when we mention the famous Spanish «Club de la Comedia». The Comedy Festival likes to call it «humor de micro» (comedy mic), an evening dedicated to top rank stand-up comedians.

The line up features Alex O’Dogherty from Cadiz, one of the great Spanish monologists, creator of «The Hole 2», masterful actor of TV («Camera Café», «Doctor Mateo»), theatre and film. José Corbacho: actor who shot to fame with the «La Cubana» theatre company, television showman in many productions of «El Terrat», film director ( «Tapas», «Incidencias»). Peyu, the fastest Catalan humorist, young hooligan. And the Uruguayan Godoy, who could be the father of them all, cunning and clever enough to be the old devil.
